Dublin Coffee Spots
Indigo and Cloth
Hands down, the best spot. Honestly. It’s so super creamy. It’s delicious. I don’t have anything else to say but just go here.
Unfiltered
this guy you’ll find tucked away in Inchicore, nope there’s not much else around there and that’s kind of why I love it. It’s a coffee lovers heaven, the guys there are the friendliest you’ll meet and they know there stuff, like they really do, they live for it. I’ve had a few flat whites here, all delicious obviously, and also there filter, which I didn’t ever think I’d be a fan of but I reckon I’m converted, it was so light and delicious. The time I got it there, yesterday, it was a natural Gesha from Panama.
I laugh that `I drive 45 minutes to get to this place, you should too.
Hatch
These guys get me with the details, with the clean crisp interiors that give me all the LA + Hong Kong vibes, but just down the road in Blackrock. I’m actually sitting my the window right now, here, I can even see the sea. AND the staff are lovely, the interiors are lovely. it’s actually such a decent spot. They do savoury bits in their Blackrock store too. I definitely love their Blackrock store more but I used to go to Glasthule every single day, I walked down, got a Coffee and straight to the sea.
I can confirm that the ‘shroom toast is delicious, along with all the bread 41 bits, (you could choose any of those and they’d be delicious) and sure, the hatch waffle, it’s a delight.
Sister Ray
This guy is in Ranelagh, you probably should get breakfast here too. But their coffee is yummy.
Meet Me In The Morning
Whenever this place opens for brunch again you need to go, but for now, you need to get their coffee.
Cosy Bean
Churchtown has one fo the cutest little spots for coffee (+ treats, fyi the almond croissant I got may not have been my very favourite but I got to sit down and eat it and it was warm). The staff here are just class, they’re so friendly and you know when you are walking in somewhere that’s unfamiliar. well, this place makes you feel so welcome. I actually didn’t fancy something super milky so I got something in between a cortado + flat white, like a 6ozer I guess.
Pine Cone Coffee
This little guy is a horse box, no don’t scroll by, it’s decent, didn’t I tell you I was only going to share proper good places.
These guys roast their own beans and also supply catalyst. Here, it’s just up the road from me too at bakers corner, right beside kwanghai chan’s food truck, if you’ve been there.
