I’m obsessed with this hot Chocolate I created for all you guys with Supervalu Ireland. I’m honestly not sure if I love the marshmallows, the fluffy frothiness or the mugs more. What do you think?

Serves: 2
Cook time: 5 minutes

500ml milk
175g milk chocolate, thinly sliced
Chocolate swirl marshmallows
50 maltesers, crushed

Combine the milk with 150g of chocolate and half the marshmallows in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Using a hand blender, blitz to create foam.

Pour into mugs and add the remaining marshmallows, chocolate shavings and crushed maltesers
