Who am I?
Writing about myself is not something I love to do, or that anyone loves to, especially if you’re Irish. BUT creating, testing, cooking, styling, capturing and writing about food is what I do and that, I can talk about. I’ve worked with small and large food brands such as Killowen farm, Dunnes stores, Lidl, Bord Bia, Mao, Flahavans and Smokin’ soul along with tv cooks such as Roz Purcell, Kevin Dundon, Donal Skehan and . The imagery of food is something that I’ve always been drawn to, how food looks, the story it tells, the people it brings together.
