Whipped Espresso Martini
Both whipped coffee and espresso martinis just cranked it up a notch. If you want extra coffee with your martini or a boozy dalgarno, this is for you.

Ingredients
For the whipped coffee:
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp warm water
For the espresso martini:
75ml Khalua
75ml vanilla vodka
1 espresso
handful ice
2 toasted marshmallows
Whisk the instant coffee, sugar and warm water together until light and fluffy.
Add the khalua, vodka, espresso and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy and well combined
Pour the cocktail into chilled glasses. Top with the whipped coffee and a toasted marshmallow. Serve straight away.
