400g white chocolate

50g butter

400ml condensed milk

150g gingernut biscuits

100g rich tea biscuits

150g mini iced rings

100g rich tea

75g mini marshmallows

1. combine the chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a large bowl. pop into the microwave for 30 second blasts, stirring after each one. if you heat it too much it could burn, or split.

2. Break the ginger nut and rich tea biscuits into the condensed milk mix. Don’t crush them, please don’t crush them. You want chunk to bite into not mush.

3. step 3, add the rest, so stir through 100g ice rings, setting aside about 12 for the top, same with the mini marshmallows, set aside 25g for the top.

4. pour it into a tray that’s 25cm x 15cm and about 3cm deep, at least. press it into the tin and then top with the bits and bobs you’ve held back. arrange these anyway you fancy on top.
