So, You HAVE to go here. like, they honestly do some of the best bread and pastries in the country. Not only that, the owners are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Seamus I knew before the fermentary was born, he had set up Plur Bakery and honestly if you ever get to try anything, do, they often do vegan bits, look, the man’s just pure talent Yano.

You’ll find this spot in Carlow, in Borris to be exact, just on the Main Street. cute spot, outdoor seating or take out.

They’ve actually introduced salads and sambos too and I cannot wait to see what else they’ve up their sleep because rest assured, it’s good, whatever they do will be good.
