5 ingredient N’duja linguine

50g nduja

250g cherry tomatoes, halved

2 garlic cloves, sliced

150g linguine

1 ball buffalo mozzarella

  1. Heat a large pan over a medium heat. Add the nduja and let it soften. stir the cherry tomatoes and garlic through this. Soften for 6-7 minutes.

  2. Pop your pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Cook to the packet instructions. Pull the pasta across to the pan with the tomatoes and don’t worry about a bit of pasta water coming along for the ride.

  3. Tear in the mozzarella and stir together. coating those egg noodles in the cheesy tomato sauce. season to taste, of course.
