5 ingredient N’duja linguine
50g nduja
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, sliced
150g linguine
1 ball buffalo mozzarella
Heat a large pan over a medium heat. Add the nduja and let it soften. stir the cherry tomatoes and garlic through this. Soften for 6-7 minutes.
Pop your pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Cook to the packet instructions. Pull the pasta across to the pan with the tomatoes and don’t worry about a bit of pasta water coming along for the ride.
Tear in the mozzarella and stir together. coating those egg noodles in the cheesy tomato sauce. season to taste, of course.
