Let’s talk recipes.
I don’t believe in food discrimination, if you want to have curry for breakfast + and cookies for dinner that’s fine by me. Let’s not glorify the fork + knife either, sometimes they’re just not necessary. You also won’t find any ingredients here that I can’t easily source myself. I think trekking down food is totally unnecessary, life’s too short.
I’m an extroverted introvert, My food is a bit the same. Unfussy food for friends and family. I’m not saying the way I do things is right, or wrong, it’s the way I create what I love to eat.
CRAVEABLE + MANAGEABLE
I believe in using what you have, my kitchen wouldn’t be complete without the essentials, miso, salt, pepper (not the dusty stuff), soy, chilli oil and fennel seeds. I love using stuff we have to hand and foods that are in season.
